Supporters simply thaw the cake roll overnight in the refrigerator (or a few hours on the counter), slice, and serve. Most cake roll fundraisers wrap up in three to four weeks from kickoff to delivery day. When delivery day arrives, we show up with your order already pre-sorted by group member. We provide everything your group needs to run a successful fundraiser, including customized order forms, online ordering options, and support throughout the process.
Your participants share the fundraiser, collect orders, and help distribute products after delivery.
Your group's profit depends on how many group members participate and the number of cake rolls each person sells. If you have 20 participants and they each sell 10 cake rolls, you could earn $1,800 in profit.

The groups that are most successful with their fundraisers focus on a single fundraising program at a time. It's tempting to think offering more choices to supporters will increase your profit, however, we've actually found the opposite to be true. Our team is happy to help you build a fundraising calendar to meet your fundraising goals, using different programs throughout the year.
On delivery day, your cake rolls will arrive frozen and should be picked up by participants during the specified time period. You'll only need freezer space if someone isn't able to pick up their order. Once group members pick up their orders, they should immediately put the cake rolls in a freezer until they are delivered to supporters.
Absolutely! You'll receive a link to your group's custom online fundraising store that makes it easy for participants to share the fundraiser with supporters through text, email, and social media.
Supporters order and pay online with a credit or debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay while you track your group's progress in real time. Once your order is delivered to your group, sellers personally deliver their individual orders to their supporters. Since the items arrive frozen, orders aren't shipped directly to supporters.
Joyful Traditions Cake Rolls are only sold through fundraisers and aren't available for general purchase outside a fundraiser.
