Once your order is delivered to your group, sellers personally deliver their individual orders to their supporters. Since the items arrive frozen, orders aren't shipped directly to supporters.

Butter Braid pastries arrive frozen and will be picked up by your participants the same day, so you'll only need freezer space if someone isn't able to pick up their order. Once group members pick up their orders, they should immediately put the Butter Braid pastries in a freezer until they are delivered to supporters.
